“The Grind Never Stops” Coffee and Connect is designed to provide an engaging, structured networking experience that connects recent marketing graduates and early-career professionals with seasoned marketing leaders and agency representatives in the Metro-Detroit area. Whether you're a part of the Class of ’25 graduates and professionals within their first three years in the field, or an established industry leader, agency manager, or an agency representative. 

The event offers benefits for all involved: young professionals gain access to fast-tracked, one-on-one career conversations and mentorship in a relaxed, welcoming environment, while experienced professionals and agency reps can tap into a fresh talent pipeline and strengthen their visibility within the DMAD community. 

This mixer addresses a common challenge—young job-seekers often lack access to meaningful in-person networking platforms, despite 41% of professionals expressing a desire to network more often and 80% acknowledging networking as key to career success (Apollo Technical LLC). To bridge this gap, the event features 10-minute speed-networking rounds with veteran marketers and newcomers, casual coffee mingling for an organic connection.
